The two parties signed a two-year partnership deal worth 300 million which would see DFCU get space on Vipers’ Shirt. “When you look at Vipers’ history, it is only Vipers Sports Club that has got form over the years and has had a very big engagement, transforming and making a difference in the community. And this has joined us with Vipers.”
The first break came late last year when they signed 632 million shillings deal with HIMA before adding Roofings on a 500 million stadium understanding early this year. The West Nile side most recently added MTN on a one-year 390 million deal. KCCA who were getting 1.29 billion from MTN for three years also extended their Star Times partnership to 2021 with 3.2 billion shillings being given in exchange with the Phillip Omondi stadium naming rights.
