Tanga is the one who needs to be trained because he went on air claiming that NRM rigs, it came out in Red pepper. Alright so where do you think NRM failed, why do you think it lost the seat? NRM didn’t fail, it is not a must that NRM should win all seats. NRM brought Multi-party system whereby people need to vote for the choice they want. We have the majority of MPs, losing one seat that is not a problem people have spoken.
