The Mukono Municipality MP who was in the company of her husband Henry Bakileke and lawyer Erias Lukwago. arrived at the CID Headquarters in an ambulance honoring summons she received earlier. She was recently in India for treatment for a back injury.

The magistrate Noah Sajjabi granted her bail after pleas from her lawyer Erias Lukwago who based her argument on her deteriorating health. “The accused person has presented substantial sureties and I find no reason to deny her bail.

Kalungu West MP Joseph Sewungu and Moses Kasibante of Lubaga North stood surety for Nambooze. “I wrote a statement for another offense and in court, I have been charged for another offense.
