Tragedy hit Kampala International University after a road accident claimed the lives of six students who were reported to be coming from a friends’ party. The accident happened along Kampala- Gulu highway in Nakasongola town. According to eyewitnesses, the accident was caused by over-speeding which resulted in a head-on collision. “A taxi carrying students and we have been able to identify that they were student of KIU, they were coming from a friend’s party.”
