Early morning, the premises of the Parliament remained calm as security personnel took positions. And at the entrance to the house, checking was compulsory. As the time to the Parliamentary sitting drew closer, security deployment was enhanced.

Later, Parliament Avenue was sealed off and some men in civilian clothes started dragging out some Members of Parliament shoving them into an awaiting Police van as bedrum broke out for the second day in the row. One of the MPs was later transferred to a Police pick-up after his colleagues insisted that he needed medical assistance. The Parliament Ambulance also felled other members from the house to the hospital. The arrested lawmakers were later rushed off to an unknown destination.
