The country however, registered a decrease in food inflation which reduced by 0.1% in October from 0.4% in a recorded month ending September. “And this is largely attributed to weather conditions, transportation of charcoal from the forests to the markets has become almost very difficult because some roads have been made impassable.” Said Chris Mukiza of UBOS.
